Qualifications:

Indiana license or Active IMLC

Board Certified

Job Summary:

Onsite Days and Swing shifts with some Remote needed

Must be able to read all MSK/Body /Neuro

Overnight Diagnostic coverage 11p=8a 7 DAYS A WEEK
