Position Details:
- Role: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Facility: MedStar Washington Hospital Center
- Location:110 Irving St NW, Washington, DC 20010
- Start Date: January 20, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shifts: Day or Night 4x12s (block schedules available)
- Weekend: Every other weekend; holidays as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience (Adult ICU, ER, Trauma required)
- DC RRT license (CRT or RRT accepted; RRT preferred)
- BLS required (ACLS preferred)
- Ventilator experience (Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, Evita XL preferred)
- Cerner charting experience preferred
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
This is a large teaching hospital with strong critical care exposure and accepts first-time travelers (screening required).
