Seeking a permanent Hematology/Oncology Physician in Michigan to provide comprehensive care for adult oncology and hematology patients in outpatient and inpatient settings. Responsibilities include patient treatment, multidisciplinary collaboration, supervising infusion services, and potential involvement in research and clinical trials. Candidates must be fellowship-trained, board certified or eligible, and hold or be willing to obtain the necessary licenses and certifications.

Shift: Shared depends on the number of physicians; Weekends and holidays - just call coverage.

Patient Population: Adult oncology and hematology patients.
Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient rounding.
Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum hematology and oncology patient care, including new patient referrals, active treatment, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists in Radiation Oncology, Neuro-Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and others.
Supervise infusion services.
Engage in research and clinical trials (if applicable).
Required Procedures: Standard Hematology and Oncology procedures.
EMR System: TBD
Support Staff: Full complement, including APPs, nurse navigation, social work, laboratory, and financial counseling.
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule.
On-Call/Weekends: Call coverage required.
Fellowship-trained - REQUIRED
Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become certified within 2 years) - REQUIRED
Michigan License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
