Job Description & Requirements Vascular Neurology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $261.90 - $283.50 This facility is seeking a Vascular Neurology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: 3 clinic days per week 7:00am - 7:00pm night and weekend call Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient Types of Cases: General vascular neurology cases Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic Certifications Required: Board Certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Licensure Required: Active Illinois license required Facility Location Known as The Forest City, Rockford is located just outside of the Chicago metro area.
