Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg Tele RN specialized in telemetry nursing for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg telemetry experience.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage patient care in a Med/Surg telemetry environment.
- Monitor patient vital signs and health status using telemetry equipment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
- Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg telemetry experience.
- Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license must be in hand at the time of submission.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.
