Physicians enjoy an outpatient-only practice, working from one office within a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH)-recognized setting, all while serving a vibrant and growing coastal population.

About the opportunity:

• 1:1 MA ratio. Call is every 20 weeks. Nurses take first call
• 36 clinical hours per week with no nights or weekends
• The average daily patient census is about 18
• Telehealth visits are built into your schedule

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary plus a signing bonus and a fully loaded benefits plan
• 3 loan repayment programs
• 120 hours of PTO for the first 3 years, then increases to 200 hours
