Candidates need basic computer skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities, with preferred certifications such as CRAT.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma, G.E.D. and/or current Mercy coworker; Monitor tech course completion and/or passing score of 85% on monitor tech competency exam.
- Other: Basic computer skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is essential, excellent communication skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure is a must.
- Preferred Experience: Experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Preferred Certifications: CRAT certification preferred.
