correctional facilityis needed for an ongoing opportunity:
Job Details:- Monday to Friday 8a-4p, 40 hours per week. No call, and no weekends.
- For ongoing coverage as facility recruits new providers.
- Outpatient all adults.
- Duties include initial intake evaluations, rounding as necessary, medication management and follow up visits to inmates.
- Electronic Medical Record: MHARS
Qualifications:- Board Certification Required
- Must have clean and activeNew York License.
