Job DescriptionJoin our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as a Registered Nurse providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. The ICU has a capacity of 10 beds, with nurse to patient ratios of 1:2-3, ensuring optimal patient care and attention.
Responsibilities- Manage patients experiencing respiratory distress, post-arrest, acute MI, and those requiring advanced cardiac support, including balloon pumps and ventilator management.
- Titrate drips for vasopressors and other medications as required.
- Collaborate with primary physicians and other healthcare professionals in the management of patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families in alignment with care plans.
- Minimum 3 years of ICU nursing experience.
- Experience with balloon pump management and ventilator care.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips.
