We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bakersfield. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Perform routine screenings, immunizations, and preventive health services.
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
