Requirements:
Active MA PT license
CPR certification
Acute inpatient PT experience required
Strong communication, organization, clinical reasoning & flexibility
Role Overview:
Work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary acute care team. Responsibilities include:
Evaluations & treatment for a wide variety of diagnoses
Developing and implementing individualized plans of care
Patient, family & caregiver education
Accurate and timely documentation
Professional, adaptable, team-oriented approach
