- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum 3 years of recent CVOR nursing experience (scrub and circulate roles required)
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and operating room protocols
- Excellent communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
- Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room, prioritizing patient safety and positive outcomes
- Scrub and circulate for a range of cardiovascular surgeries as a CVOR RN
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to provide high-quality healthcare
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies and healthcare standards
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and care planning
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
