Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hematology/Oncologist to join our esteemed medical team in Pottstown, PA. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing the highest quality of care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide comprehensive care and follow-up to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using EPIC.
- Communicate sensitive and/or adverse information to patients and their families with compassion and professionalism.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Hematology and Oncology.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.).
- Graduate from an ACGME-accredited Hematology/Oncology Fellowship.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology.
- Unrestricted medical license in the Commonwealth of PA.
- Experience practicing medicine in a hospital or private practice setting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing problems and creating effective treatment plans.
- Experience with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to communicate sensitive and/or adverse information effectively.
- Sound judgment and expert decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated excellent patient care experience.
