Job Responsibilities
- Provide Family Medicine or Internal Medicine care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EMR system.
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active medical license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA)
- Submit resume, NPI, DEA, OIG, and three references with valid email addresses
