We are currently looking for a Client Success Specialist in the Norwalk, CT area.
The Client Success Specialist will work directly with worldwide clients to help them achieve maximum value from their platform. This role involves a variety of daily activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. They will also play a critical role working with the engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning and decision making. In summary they will:
- Respond to daily inquiries from clients that are using our platform.
- Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources.
- Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues.
- Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects.
- Provide guidance on integrating and adapting our solution to meet business requirements.
- Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform.
- Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects and make recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience working with clients in operations, customer service, project management, or related field preferable at a technology company.
- Any experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
- Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
