Job Description & Requirements Breast Surgeon StartDate: 10/1/2025 A physician-led, community-focused oncology practice in the East Bay, CA, is seeking a Breast Surgeon to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to practice patient-centered, high-quality care in a collaborative practice setting with unparalleled resources. About the Position Monday-Friday 8-4 or 9-5 100% breast surgery (no general surgery) Ability to collaborate with two other breast surgeons already in the practice 2 days of clinic per week and 3 days of OR per week Robust support staff including your own dedicated medical assistant, onsite MRI-guided biopsies, onsite medical oncology & radiation oncology, etc. Hold clinic at only 1 facility and operate out of only 1 hospital Compensation & Benefits Realistic income potential of $600K+ per year Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available 401K Match & Loan Forgiveness Support (CMA & PSLF Eligible) Robust and comprehensive benefits package Why the East Bay?
