Culinary Managing Partner Qualifications:
- Proven executive-level culinary leadership - 5+ years in high-level leadership roles and strong industry progression
- Experience opening and operating high-volume, chef-driven restaurants
- Strong business acumen and comfort managing P&L, budgets, and vendor negotiations
- Passion for people—mentorship, team-building, and guest experience
- Creativity in menu development with a clear culinary point of view
- A hands-on, collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset
Culinary Managing Partner Responsibilities:
- Lead all culinary operations, from concept to execution
- Oversee kitchen design, staffing, recipe development, and vendor partnerships
- Set and maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Collaborate with ownership to shape menus, seasonal specials, and overall culinary direction
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing BOH team
- Manage food cost, labor budgets, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Create a kitchen culture rooted in excellence, accountability, and creativity
