The Overnight Concierge at Brightview Senior Living is responsible for welcoming and assisting residents and guests, monitoring security systems, and performing safety checks during overnight hours. The role includes clerical support to the Business Office Director and requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. This position contributes to a safe and supportive environment in a senior living community while supporting administrative functions.

Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
Answer any questions that residents and guests may have.
Perform regular safety checks of the community.
Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
The Overnight Concierge will also assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.
Salary range: USD $16.75 - USD $19.25 /Hr.
