- Call Response Time: 30 minutes COVERAGE DATES
- 1 weekend per month (12 weekends per year), Friday Monday
- 6 weekends per year must include extended coverage: ThursSun or FriMon
- 1 week per year (provider choice)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Pennsylvania license (IMLC in hand accepted)
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- DEA: Active DEA certification required
- Certifications: BLS required (clinic); ACLS not required for hospital/OR work
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in specialty
- Other Qualifications: Must be local within 33.5 hours driving distance
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide inpatient and outpatient urology care during clinic and call coverage
- Perform required rounding, consults, admissions, and urologic procedures
- Manage both scheduled clinic visits and emergency inpatient needs
- Participate in one week of coverage per year in addition to monthly weekend coverage
- Utilize Cerner and Epic EMR systems effectively
