This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday - Friday plus Call
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Types of Cases: General Urology cases
Credentialing Timeframe: Expedited Privileges available for providers with clean histories
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): UHS Cerner
Certifications Required: Board Certified
Licensure Required: Active Arizona state license
