Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position requiring an IA or Compact RN license and two years of recent med/surg experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital Med/Surg unit
- 12-hour night shifts from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 a.m.
- 36 hours per week schedule
- Floating required to clinical areas according to experience and competencies
- Must be willing to float to units for which competency and certifications are held
- Holiday coverage may be required according to hospital needs
- Must provide proof of required documentation and credentials prior to consideration
Requirements
- Active IA or Compact RN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum two years of recent Med/Surg experience
- Current CPR card required
- Other specialty certifications as required by the unit
