Supplemental Health Care is hiring Case Management Registered Nurses for contract assignments at a partnering Rehab facility in Dayton, Ohio.

Qualifications:
- Current Ohio Nursing License
- American Heart Association BLS2 years of recent relevant nursing experience
Case Management RN Contract Details:
- $1,440 - $1,562 per week*
- 16-week contract with possibility of extension
- Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer and record prescribed medications
- Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
