Requirements:

• Certification: BC EM preferred but Board Eligible Physicians will be reviewed as long BE does not exceed 3 years
• License: Active North Carolina upon presentation
• Life Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• NC Medicare & Medicaid ; Enrolled in PECOS
