About this role:
Intermountain Health is seeking a Sleep Medicine APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our experienced team at St. George Regional Hospital-a 284 bed Level II Trauma Center featuring a state of the art sleep facility.
You'll work with a collaborative team dedicated to providing high quality care and an excellent patient experience. The current team includes 1 physician and 3 APPs.
In this role you can anticipate:
- Outpatient practice at St. George Regional Hospital Sleep Clinic
- 4x10s; Tuesday - Friday
- Outpatient only - no call responsibilities
- Up to $7,500 in relocation assistance

What you'll bring:
- APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
- Board certification or eligibility
- BLS certification
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or ability to obtain
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
