Assignment Details
• Start Date 2/19/2026 with orientation a few days prior
• End Date Ongoing with additional weeks anticipated
• Coverage Type Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Practice Setting Outpatient with limited inpatient and telehealth involvement
• Clinic Schedule Approximately 7:30a-5:00p based on patient volume
• Call Coverage Phone-only beeper call during clinic hours, approximately 7:30a-5:30p
• Call Ratio 1:4
• Call Volume Approximately two phone consults per day with rare in-person needs
• Patient Volume Approximately 5-10 clinic visits per day
• Treatment Oversight Approximately 25 patients on treatment per day

Clinical Details
• Radiation oncology clinic coverage with limited inpatient involvement
• Oversight of daily radiation treatments including IMRT, SBRT, 3D-CRT, and SRS
• Use of Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator
• Treatment planning with Varian Aria and Eclipse
• CT simulation using Siemens Healthineers CT-Sim with respiratory gating
• Techniques include IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, conformal therapy, and hyperfractionation
• Collaboration with onsite physics and remote dosimetry teams
• Participation in clinical trials and multidisciplinary care
Requirements
• Board certified in Radiation Oncology
