Emergency Medicine Physician Private Practice Partnership Track

A well-established 24-physician private practice Emergency Medicine group with over 30 years of service to the community is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join its democratic group serving Georgia.

Compensation & Benefits

• Year 1 salary: $325,000

• Year 2 salary: $350,000

• Partnership beginning in Year 3

  • Average partner compensation: $450,000

• $50,000 sign-on bonus

• $50,000 starting incentive

• Relocation assistance up to $14,000 (actual expenses)

• Benefits and malpractice paid by the group

Position Highlights

• Work 16 eight-hour shifts per month

  • Typically, 14-day shifts and 2-night shifts

• Dedicated nocturnist team (4 physicians)

• Practice at both Emergency Departments

• Group employs Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Facility Details

• 40 beds 65,000 annual visits

• 36 beds 45,000 annual visits

• Both Emergency Departments are Level II Trauma Centers
