Practice Highlights:
- General cases include ortho, endo, trauma, and occasional OB-no cardiac
- 10-12 ORs daily; all cases at one main hospital
- 54-hour work week: 3x10-hour shifts + 1 call day + post-call day off
- Anesthesia residents onsite 24/7 take first call
- CRNA on-site to support late-night cases after 11pm
- $280-290/hour as a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Additional call pay: $1,000 (Saturday), $750 (Friday/Sunday)
- $50,000 signing bonus and $100,000 student loan repayment
- Total earnings estimated at $695,520+ annually
