Opportunity Overview:
Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, highly ranked and nationally recognized pediatric institution located in central Memphis, TN.
Practice Highlights:
- 255-bed, Level I Trauma Center and Level IV NICU
- Affiliated with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center
- Close partnership with St. Jude Children's Hospital
- 5 Pediatric Pulmonologists (PdPs), 4 experienced, highly trained Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Outpatient Clinics: 3 weeks per month
- Inpatient Consults: 1 weeks per month
- No admitting service responsibilities!
- Call : 6 paid weekends per year
- Minimal call burden - rare in-hospital duties
- Faculty appointment through University of Tennessee
- Teaching fellows, residents and medical students

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary : Up to $300,000 (commensurate with role, rank, experience)
- Signing Bonus : $25,000 - $50,000
- Call Pay Stipend : $3,000/month ($36,000/year)
- Medical Directorship Stipend : $15,000 - $20,000
- Time Off :
- 24 PTO days/year
- 12 sick days/year
- 5 CME days/year + paid holidays

- 9% employer contribution (LBCH/UT)
