As an integral part of Delaware’s trauma system, ChristianaCare provides statewide leadership and assistance with trauma response, strategic planning and education. ChristianaCare’s trauma program collaborates with state and private emergency-management personnel throughout Delaware to ensure that every injured person receives the same high-quality care and best possible chance for recovery. This is a Part Time Midnights (60 hours per pay) position and an Evening/Midnight of 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. This would be one we of three 12-hour shifts and on week of two 12-hour shifts. Commitment required for every third weekend and 2 holidays per year.

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
