- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call
- ACLS required
- 14 - 17 patients per day
- General GI, lower endoscopy and upper endoscopy required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
