The Pediatric Pulmonology Physician provides specialized care for pediatric patients with respiratory conditions such as asthma, cystic fibrosis, and chronic lung diseases. Responsibilities include inpatient consults in NICU/PICU, pulmonary function test interpretation, and possibly performing bronchoscopies. The role requires board certification or eligibility in pediatric pulmonology, relevant certifications, and Ohio licensure with a preference for academic or tertiary-care experience.

- March 16, 2026 - Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Standard 5, Night (8 Hours) 19:00 - 7:00
- On Call optional
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Pediatrics
- Patient Age Group: Pediatrics
- Procedures: Pediatric pulmonary consults, management of asthma, cystic fibrosis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and chronic lung disease
- Inpatient consult coverage for NICU/PICU as needed
- Pulmonary function test interpretation
- Bronchoscopy (if credentialed/required)
- Call: TBD (may include inpatient consult call and weekend rotation)
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology
- Fellowship-trained pediatric pulmonologist
- Prior academic or tertiary-care experience preferred
- IMLC Accepted, with LOQ in hand
- MUST present with NPDB self query
- State Licenses: Ohio (Willing to License)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, CSR (Ohio)
- Years of Experience Required: 3
