Responsibilities:
Implement evidence-based ABA techniques to support children with autism spectrum disorder in achieving their goals
Conduct assessments, data collection, and graphing to track client progress
Develop and adapt individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
Collaborate with behavior analysts, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Experience: 0 years of experience in ABA therapy (training provided)
Certifications: RBT certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and organization; ability to handle confidential information
Working Conditions:
Job Type: Monday-Friday 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
