An Internal Medicine Physician working as a Medical Director at a physician-owned acute rehab facility, providing clinical leadership and patient care in a private practice setting. The role involves overseeing advanced practice providers, managing rehab patients, and coordinating with healthcare teams while adhering to safety and vaccination protocols. Medrina is a large, physician-owned practice that has been a national group for over 15 years. As a regional leader growing nationwide, we are currently looking to add a Medical Director to the team in our Davenport, IA market. We offer generous compensation and a flexible schedule. This role requires 2 years of rehab experience!
What Medrina Offers:

- Proven Income $400+
- APP supervision (additional stipends)
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
- Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
- Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
