About Us:
Beyond Care Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a Clinical Director / Lead BCBA role in Missouri. This is an on-site, in-state position (not remote) for a clinician who wants to build client caseloads, develop a clinical team, and establish strong referral relationships with physicians and community partners.
***Applicants must hold an active Missouri LBA***
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the Clinical Director / Lead BCBA for Missouri operations
Build, manage, and oversee client caseloads
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
Develop and maintain clinical systems, protocols, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with Missouri regulations, payer requirements, and BACB ethics
Establish and maintain relationships with pediatricians, physicians, schools, and referral sources
Collaborate with leadership on service growth and clinical expansion
Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and families
QUALIFICATIONS
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active Missouri LBA (Required)
Leadership or supervisory experience in ABA
Strong clinical and organizational skills
Comfortable representing the organization with referral partners
Ability to work independently and lead a growing team
