Job description:
Charting System:Scrub Color:- Navy blue scrubs required
Clinical Requirements:- Competent in caring for medical and surgical patients
- ACLS required
- Experience with advanced hemodynamics, including pressor titration per protocol
- Management of antihypertensive drips, sedatives, Narcan drips, and thrombo-embolytics
- Skilled in arterial lines (A-line), CVP monitoring, EVD care, and orthopedic traction
- Strong adherence to infection prevention protocols
- Respiratory support experience with HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, and oxygen-dependent patients
Preferred Background:- Nurses with large-scale adult PCU experience or community hospital ICU experience are highly successful in this unit
Patient Load:- Average assignment of 3 high-acuity patients
