RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Epic experience REQUIRED
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Care for medically delicate and surgically complex patients in Progressive Critical Care Unit
• Manage patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, closed head injuries, multi system organ dysfunction, endocrine disorders, complex traumas, and surgical complications
• Must be competent in care of medical and surgical populations
• ACLS certification required
• Advanced hemodynamics experience including pressor usage per titration protocols
• Experience with antihypertensive drips, sedative and narcan drips, thrombo-embolytics required
• Must be proficient with arterial lines, central venous pressure monitoring, external ventricular drains, orthopedic traction, and infection prevention protocols
• HFNC, BiPap/Cpap, and oxygen dependent patient experience required
• Large scale adult PCU experience and community hospital ICU experience preferred
• Average patient load is 3 high acuity patients
• Competency test required within 24 hours of submission via email
