Permanent Job to Start: Spring 2026

Work across two hospitals 12 miles apart - 80% of the year you'd work at one hospital. You'd be credentialed at the second hospital in case someone gets sick, is unable to work, etc.

Established private hospitalist group with multiple longstanding contracts

Schedule:

7 on / 7 off - must work full-time

Days only - see about 18 patients per day

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (physicians leave at 5; cover own patients until 7, but APPs handle most early evening calls)

Night Coverage:

APP nocturnist program covers nights 7p-7a

Physicians are back-up only and rarely get called in

No cross coverage

No procedures, no codes

Open ICU, with full intensivist backup

100% specialty backup

Admit team + rounding team model (you aren't doing both)

Guaranteed Salary: $300,000 annually
