Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a MA RN license and flexibility for evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
• Position involves providing care to a diverse emergency patient population
• 12-hour evening shifts, typically 11:00a–11:30p or 10:00a–10:30p, three shifts per week
• Requires flexibility to work every other holiday and every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Local travelers accepted with a 50-mile radius rule and a different rate
• Flexibility in scheduling is essential due to variable shift start and end times
• Care is provided to patients presenting with acute medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage are required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
