Seeking innovative and highly collaborative fellowship trained BC Child Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide executive and strategic leadership as the Division Head of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Hospital has under construction a state-of the-art, 144-bed behavioral health facility that will open in the fall of 2025. The new facility will include 24 inpatient beds dedicated to the mental health needs of children and adolescents. The successful candidate needed to lead and manage the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division by possessing proven administrative and leadership experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively inspire, manage, mentor, and develop faculty and staff.
