• Work in a 9-bed Level 3 NICU with a 7-bed step-down unit 16 opportunities to make a lasting impact.

• Collaborate with an exceptional team of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) during the day, with NNPs covering nights.

• Enjoy flexible 24-hour shifts that can be bundled to suit your schedule.

• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds , including ventilator and nutrition management, lab reviews, and family meetings.

• Coordinate and manage patient transports for appropriate gestational ages within our Level 3 NICU.

• A commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care .

• A team-oriented, collaborative approach to patient care.

• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with families and healthcare professionals.

• Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
