RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week assignment with 72 hours guaranteed bi-weekly
• No call requirements
• Work every other holiday and every 4th weekend
• Up to 48 hours of requested time off allowed for 13-week commitment
• No floating required to other units
• Blocked scheduling available as an option
• Patient ratio: 1 to 6 for acute care patients, 1 to 10 for swing bed patients
• Required certifications: Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS
• PALS certification preferred
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred
• Required skills include IV starts, nursing assessments, and telemetry monitoring
• ICU drip experience preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Must live greater than 50 miles from facility
• Must attach required license, certifications, and driver's license with permanent address
Facility:
This regional medical center is a 40-licensed bed facility that includes 10 swing beds, providing acute care medical surgical services with telemetry monitoring. The facility features progressive care capabilities and maintains an average daily census of 10 patients. The medical surgical unit contains 20 beds and offers comprehensive acute care services to the local community.
