Marshfield Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join an established Department of Anesthesia at our flagship location in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will provide Anesthesia coverage, including medical direction to CRNAs, regional anesthesia, OB, and invasive monitoring. Support surgical services at a level II trauma center in a rural setting, all cases except for transplants. Pediatric and cardiac cases are covered by fellowship-trained anesthesiologists.
Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas, including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
- In addition, up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details)
- 188 working days/year
- CME annual allowance
