Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with a NM or compact license, BLS certification, and at least one year of experience for a rehabilitation hospital day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Medical Surgical unit of a rehabilitation hospital
- Day shift with 4x12 hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:30
- Option to work either 36 or 48 hours per week
- EPIC charting experience preferred
- First time travelers are welcome to apply
- No travel pairs or groups accepted
- No more than 3 days of requested time off will be approved and no time off is permitted in the first week of orientation
Requirements
- Active NM or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience
- EPIC experience preferred but not required
- Locals within 50 miles are not eligible
- Former permanent staff must be gone at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
