Unit
ADT Ophthalmology General – RN Clinic
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License
- AHA BLS Certification
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- At least 2 years in an ambulatory specialty or outpatient ophthalmology setting
- Competency in starting IVs
- Experience with electronic medication refills and prior authorizations
- Phone triage experience for acute symptoms
- Comfortable assisting during urgent/emergent events
- Experience assisting with minor in-office procedures
- Must be comfortable working with pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
