Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Ortho Med/Surg travel assignment requiring a LA or compact license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Ortho Med/Surg unit of a hospital setting
- Handles an orthopedic and medical-surgical patient population
- Day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 13-week travel contract
- Responsible for providing nursing care to orthopedic and medical-surgical patients
- Applicants must provide copies of all required certifications with their profile
Requirements
- Active LA or compact RN license required
- At least 1 year of recent Ortho Med/Surg nursing experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
