Our client, an outpatient clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join their team. This is a full-time, 100% outpatient position focused on providing high-quality care to an adult patient population.

Ideal Candidate:

• FL licensed physician with at least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Comfortable managing chronic conditions (diabetes, COPD, CHF, etc.)
• Strong communicator with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Values teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care
• Proficient with EMRs and basic office technology
• ACLS/BLS certified
