• Estimated Weekly Pay Range: $2,260 - $2,430 per week

Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Pittsfield, MA 01201 (Berkshires region – Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D RN)
• Start Date: December 29, 2025
• End Date: March 30, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Orientation: 8 hours (non-billable)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (L&D nursing jobs preferred)
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Current ACLS (AHA), NRP, and BLS (AHA) certifications required at time of application
• Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic medical record strongly preferred
• Must have own vehicle for assignment (travel nurse requirement)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (per travel nursing guidelines)
• Work history, skills checklist (current within 1 year), and one recent supervisory reference (within past 2 years) required
• All requested time off (maximum 3 days) must be submitted at application; no additional RTO requests will be approved after submission

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit
• Monitor mothers and newborns, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition
• Assist physicians and the healthcare team during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process
• Accurately document all patient care activities in the electronic medical record (Meditech Expanse)
• Participate in every other weekend and holiday rotation as scheduled
