Practice Focus: Full-scope cardiac anesthesia care
Responsibilities:
Perioperative assessments
Administration and monitoring of anesthesia
Postoperative care
Procedures: Surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic cardiac procedures
Facility Services: 24-hour emergency care, Level II trauma, and broad specialty coverage
Annual Case Volume: 18,000+ (2023)
U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency and Adult Cardiothoracic Fellowship
Active or eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
PALS and ACLS (AHA-certified)
TEE Certification required
