What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for site personnel, visitors, and deliveries to help maintain security-related protocols at the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all dispatch activities and occurrences as required by site-specific policies.
• Communicate important information to on-site staff and management, providing updates on incidents and security-related matters.
• Assist with the coordination of patrols and deployment of security-related personnel as needed, based on site requirements.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, contractors, and visitors with inquiries and access in accordance with site protocols.
• Support Allied Universal in upholding client-specific security-related procedures and standards for an aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
