Physical Therapist (PT) – School Based Therapy Services - Responsibilities Job Duties:

• Assesses and evaluates student’s physical, gross motor and mobility needs that negatively impact the student’s ability to benefit from special education.
• Design and implement physical therapy (PT) programs for students.
• Participate in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEP), developing appropriate intervention plans to make progress toward achieving IEP goals / objectives.
• Utilize adaptive equipment and technology to assist students with significant mental and physical disabilities.

License - Education - Certification Requirements:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT program
• Oregon License as a Physical Therapist (PT)
